How quickly do I get the photos?
Listing Essentials and STR Signature packages deliver the next business day. Premium Cinematic packages, which include video, deliver within the same week. Rush turnaround is available on request when a listing has to launch.
What areas do you cover?
Hochatown, Broken Bow, Beavers Bend, Idabel, and the surrounding lakes area in southeast Oklahoma, plus the closer parts of western Arkansas. Travel beyond about an hour from Lockesburg, AR is quoted with a small travel fee — usually negligible inside the Broken Bow Lake market.
Do you do drone photos and video?
Yes. Drone stills are included in the STR Signature and Premium Cinematic packages and are available as an add-on to any Listing Essentials shoot. Drone video is part of the Premium Cinematic property tour. All drone work is flown under FAA rules in legal airspace.
Can I use the photos for marketing, social media, and direct-booking sites?
Yes. Every shoot is delivered with full usage rights for your own marketing — Airbnb, VRBO, MLS, your direct-booking site, Instagram, paid ads, brochures. You retain the right to use the images for the property as long as you own or manage it.
How does booking work?
Email or call to lock a date. We confirm the property details, package, and any add-ons up front. A small deposit holds the date; the balance is due on delivery. Most shoots are booked one to three weeks ahead, but tighter windows are usually workable.
What if the weather is bad on shoot day?
Interior shoots are weather-independent. Exterior and twilight shoots can be rescheduled at no charge if conditions would meaningfully hurt the result — heavy rain, dense fog, harsh storm cover. We watch the forecast together and make the call the day before when needed.
Do you stage the property?
Light staging is part of every shoot — pulling clutter, straightening linens, lighting fires, setting drinks on a counter for hero shots, plumping cushions. We don’t move furniture or bring in props beyond what the property already has. If you want a full stylist on-site, that can be arranged.
Can I get same-day photos for a last-minute listing?
Sometimes — depends on the calendar. If a same-day or next-day shot is critical, reach out and we’ll tell you immediately whether it’s workable and whether a rush fee applies.
